We use the google/gemini-2.5-flash model hosted on the Replicate platform as our sole third-party AI service provider. Your data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections to Replicate for real-time inference/generation. Importantly:
- The collected data is used solely for AI inference and text generation, and is NOT used to train any AI models. This processing is performed solely to provide AI features explicitly requested by the user.
- We do not store your AI input data or generated results on our servers
- Replicate does not retain or use your data for model training
- Data processing occurs within secure infrastructure
- Data is deleted immediately after processing is complete

When we want to use the information for other purposes not specified in this policy, we will ask for your prior consent.
When we want to use the information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will ask for your consent in advance.

2. How we use cookies and similar technologies

To ensure the proper functioning of the website, we store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With the help of cookies, websites can store data such as your preferences or the items in your shopping basket.

(3) How AI Processes Your Data
When you interact with AI-powered features:
- Your data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections to Replicate's servers
- The google/gemini-2.5-flash model processes your data in real-time to generate responses
- Processing is completed within seconds and data is immediately deleted after response delivery
- No data is stored on our servers or the AI provider's servers beyond the processing duration
(4) Data Usage and Training Policy
- The collected data is used solely for AI inference and text generation purposes
- Your data is NOT used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models
- We do not store, log, or retain any AI input data or generated outputs on our servers
- Replicate does not retain or use your data for model training or any other purposes beyond immediate processing
- We do not share your AI interaction data with any parties other than Replicate, which is strictly necessary for processing your requests
- No user permission is required for this data processing as it is limited to inference/generation only
(5) AI Content Disclaimer
- AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated outputs
- Users should independently verify important information before relying on AI responses
- We are not liable for decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated content
(6) Your Control and Rights
- Use of AI features is entirely optional; you can choose not to use these features at any time
- Discontinuing use of AI features does not affect other app functionalities
- Withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent for AI data processing at any time by ceasing to use AI features, or by contacting us to formally revoke your consent
- Request data deletion: You may request deletion of any data that has been provided to the AI service. Since neither we nor Replicate retains AI interaction data after processing, there is generally no persistent data to delete. However, if you wish to make a formal deletion request, please contact us and we will process your request within 30 days

4. Third-Party AI Service Provider

To provide AI-powered features, we share certain user data with the following third-party AI service provider. This section is provided in compliance with Apple's App Store guidelines and applicable data protection regulations to ensure full transparency about third-party AI data sharing.

Since Replicate does not retain data after processing, there is generally no persistent data to delete. For formal deletion requests, please contact us and we will coordinate with Replicate to ensure your request is fulfilled within 30 days
- No persistent data: Since we do not store AI interaction data on our servers, and Replicate does not retain data beyond processing, there is generally no historical AI data to delete
- Right to information: You may contact us at any time to request detailed information about what data has been shared with the third-party AI service provider in connection with your use of AI features

5. How do we share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information

(2) Transfer
